The Staff has been wonderful in keeping you motivated to make it threw the class. Its like having a party with family everyday. That extra push to get you to that goal. That accountability when you haven't been in the studio. Different people from different stages of their fitness journey and all ages just trying to #GETFITSTAYFITBOOM
