The iLoveKickboxing Team has re-energized my life in Federal Way, WA!! The “iLoveKickboxing staff are encouraging, and motivating, and challenge everyone to put forth their best efforts for maximum results!” My wife and I have found the iLoveKickboxing team to genuinely care about our health and success in our journey back into physical and mental fitness! In the last week with three classes complete, I am five pounds down and looking forward my next hour with the iLoveKickboxing Team! I am loving it!!
