I love kickboxing Federal Way is an Amazing place to workout I had another membership to a gym I basically got bored with the workout routine
I really needed more of a push and Boy did I get it !!! The staff is amazing and on the floor with you the whole time helping you and pushing you to meet your goals ! Not to mention it is fun and the hour flies by I highly recommend this club for anyone looking for more in their workout and its a blast
