After seeing an amazing deal of 5 classes for $15 plus free gloves, I decided to finally try ILKB in Lynnwood, WA. I've always had trouble finding something active that I would enjoy. After the first class, my friend and I decided to become a member and I don't regret it! I try to go as much as I can and feel great every time -- physically and mentally. The instructors are really nice and helpful. They push you in a good way and leave you feeling accomplished. They're also great with any adjustments you might need in the workout.
