Working out in a standard gym has never been my cup of tea, but when I discovered ILKB; Gonzales, LA, it became addicting just after a few sessions! The instructors are so motivating making it pleasurable knowing you will make it through the entire workout—-and not to mention, feel like a beast afterwards!!! Not only is ILKB my workout of choice, it is certainly becoming a hobby! Best investment I’ve made in a while!
