As an active member of 4 gyms ranging from your traditional big box gym to an exclusive boutique fitness franchise, I can wholeheartedly say that you will never experience a more welcoming gym than ILKB Federal Way, WA! I found ILKB after trying to “bounce” back from having a child. I was extremely uncomfortable in my skin however all that melted away the moment I set foot in the class. It was a 7:45 pm class and the energy radiating out of EVERYONE in the room was contagious. Needless to say, I immediately signed up for the whole kit and caboodle! Coming up on my one year anniversary, not only have I gained my inner and outer strength back but I have also made a ton of new friends along the way.
