iLoveKickboxing is amazing! I go to the center in Troy, Mi, and the staff are so welcoming and encouraging, and not only is it a fun workout, but as a woman I find it so EMPOWERING! I can't recommend it enough as an exciting way to have some fun while shedding pounds!
