I've been an ilovekickboxing Winter Park, FL member for 2 months now. Never in my life did I think I would spend my day looking forward to my class at the gym, but I do! While the format for each class stays the same, they mix up the exercises and bag rounds, so each class is new and exciting. The instructors are AMAZING! They are always giving helpful pointers and are there to provide encouragement whenever it's needed. I LOVE ilovekickboxing!
