iLoveKickbxing Winter Park is AWESOME!! I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE WORKOUTS! I signed up for the webspecial and was hooked from the start and became a founding memeber. At first, I couldn't do much because I had spent too long being sedentary. But each class I am noticing I can do more and more. The staff is very helpful and encouraging. The gym is clean and neat. The members are all very friendly. It truly is like a family. I have never before been able to say that I look forward to working out, but I can honestly say that now that I have joined ILKB Winter Park. Plus....after only two months, I am already down 17 pounds!!
