The staff AND the members here are so welcoming and encouraging! I've never been so excited to work out before. It's so much fun you ALMOST forget you're working out. I had no idea how sore I was going to be afterwards. Sore is GOOD! That means you got an amazing workout. I'm excited to see where ILKB takes me and how it's going to transform my body. The classes are fun, entertaining AND effective! One of the best decisions I've ever made was joining this amazing place! I look forward to taking advantage of everything ILoveLoveKickboxing has to offer!
