I joined ILKB Lynnwood WA October 31, 2018 and it was the first day of the best days!! “Can I do it?” Quickly changed to “I am kicking it” with the most energetic/encouraging/supportive/caring staff members. The gym is clean and always ready; the members are so friendly and accepting of wherever you start/challenge each other to be a better self. Not bad for 70 yr old.
