I’ve been a member at I love kickboxing in Stamford for a few months now and I absolutely love it ! The staff are amazing and always very helpful ! They actually care about every one meeting their goal , they push you to do better and strive for consistency ! I feel amazing after one class and even tho my work schedule sometimes causes me to not get in for class as much as I want to, when I do go it’s always love and positivity from every one . I would soooo recommend this to any one that wants to get fit, strong and lean. So worth it !
