ILoveKickboxing is a great way to do cardio while having fun! I love going to the gym but hate doing cardio on the machine. Kickboxing make it so much better because the staff are amazing and they make the work out so much fun and they will push you. However you go at your own pace so if I feel low energy I can go slower and if I feel strong then I will go faster and hard.
