I’ve been in ILKB for about 3 months now and it has completely changed the way I work out and take care of myself. The trainers are nice and very knowledgeable. The break everything down for you and encourage you at every single step. The Sugarland location is the best! Thanks so much to the staff. ILKB!!!!
