I tools my first class at kickboxing Summerville in December. I loved the environment the friendliness and the workout. I loved that you could go at your own pace but was encouraged to push yourself. The staff is very nice and I feel the workout after every workout unlike some places! This is a must try if you want to do kickboxing in Charleston,SC.
