So happy I joined ILoveKickboxing in Coral Springs. The staff and members are so nice and encouraging. Over 6 weeks I’ve already lost 20 pounds. It’s challenging but totally worth it. Would totally recommend it for anyone wanting to find a fun and satisfying workout!
