Enjoyable atmosphere. Workouts area great, burn over 1000 cal a class/hr. Very supportive staff. Class schedules are accommodating. Enjoy the workouts here. Facility is clean. The instructors are all extremely kind and encouraging for beginners! They never let you feel left out. If you're a master kick boxer or just touching a bag for the first time they are there to help you get fit! The price is up there I won't lie. But for what you're paying you also get accountability. They will CALL YOU if you don't show up for awhile. The pricey cost to me is worth the family aspect and the constant resources you have access to!
