Lost 6.1% body fat and 14+ lbs. in 6-week challenge (turned out to be more like 7 weeks due to snowstorm). I'm not going to lie, I thought the sales pitch was too good to be true and questioned a lot. They require you to at least attend 18 sessions in the 6 weeks (normally about 3 times a week). I attended 33 times, of my own choosing, because it made me feel healthy and kept me motivated to lose weight. The diet guidelines they provided was very "do-able" and the coach provided feedback as often as needed. I would recommend it to anyone of any age (I'm in my 60's and had no trouble keeping up and often surpassing others younger). The key to staying fit is to find an exercise routine that is enjoyable and provides the needed cardio to stay fit. Kickboxing was the answer for me. I will definitely repeat the experience.
