Be aware ! This is not your typical place of work out. You might think you signing up for a good workout but you are getting way more than that. Support, caring, professionalism you even get a family of members and instructors with different walk of lives. From the moment you step in be ready to be in an amazing journey and I can say nothing more than enjoy every bit of it.
