I love kickbocking Westford is amazing. I had been wanting to try kickboxing for quit some time and was nervous about being in a class setting and not knowing what I was doing. The instructors are amazing and truly motivate you throughout the entire class. I am so glad to be apart of this family. The exercise and laughs are amazing.
