ILoveKickboxing Westford is awesome! The staff are so amazing and so helpful. The community is so welcoming, motivational and friendly, something you don’t typically feel at a regular gym! When you join ILKB Westford you really feel like you are part of a “fitfam” the environment is just that great! It’s honestly one of the best hour workouts and so fun. It really is a workout for anyone of all fitness levels. I love it and would recommend it to anyone!
