My first class I went alone and was nervous for about 30 seconds until I walked in the door & I immediately felt 100% comfortable and very welcome! Everyone there is so nice! The staff is SO friendly, positive, helpful & SOO upbeat, you can’t help but smile and be in a good mood!! Great atmosphere, great people, great workout!! BEST decision I’ve made!! I love iLKB Hanover!!! ❤️🥊
