Best workout at iLoveKickboxing in Lafayette, LA!! I was looking for something that would keep me motivated and was also fun and this is exactly what that is. Also, kickboxing is a great stress relief!! Instructors are so helpful with making sure you have proper form to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout.
