I joined ILKB in Federal Way, WA at the end of last summer as a 40th birthday gift to myself. It was the best gift ever! As a busy working mom, I absolutely love having this hour for myself to get in an amazing work out with a group of friendly, funny, motivating instructors and awesome classmates. It truly is the best hour of my day!
