I have been looking for something other then the typical gym. Never have been a big weight lifting person. I saw the ILKB sign for the new studio and got very excited about the idea. Very nervous, I signed up for the 3session special and went to my 1st orientation session/workout. I WAS HOOKED!! The owners along with the staff are amazing!! The like to say best hour of your day, well in my case, the is so true. The people the staff they are so much fun, motivating and always willing to help, teach and just talk to you. Best decision I made for 2019. Oh, they also post weekly shout outs and inspiration on how everyone is doing and they keep the studio spotless which compared to some gyms is a MAJOR plus!!
