The studio in Federal Way, WA is amazing. I really enjoy the workouts and the structure of the classes. I’ve never enjoyed a vigorous workout before becoming a member at this studio. I also really love that there are people at all different levels of fitness, size, and age. Regardless, the staff treats us all the same. It’s readily apparent that the staff and owners truly care about their members. This place gets an A+!
