ILoveKickboxingKent is AWESOME! It truly is the Best Hour! Everyone is super friendly and I love that they know your name and greet you when you walk in the door. The instructors are full of energy and positivity. They offer up lots of encouragement and the best way to finesse your technique. The studio is super clean.
