What a truly unique and fun workout. I was so excited to finally get into the studio..I loved the atmosphere...the feel of the place was beyond anything I could have imagined. I never felt that in a gym! Punching and kicking was just wild...and it was good for me!! The encouragement from the staff and other members is so refreshing...I can do this!
