Best Hour Ever in Federal Way, WA! I have had a great experience with Ilovekickboxing! I was hesitant to start kickboxing let alone getting back into shape. It was such an easy transition, the staff are always ready help and guide you! They provide you with a one on one trainer the first day and then are always monitoring and supplying the support you need to be successful. Best full body workout that motivates you to come back the next day unlike trying to do it alone at the gym.
