I started kickboxing back in December reluctant to say the least joining ilkbfw was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff are friendly, amazing, but most of all supportive to help you achieve your fitness goals. The members are lovely and comes in many shapes and sizes all with the same goal of transforming your life through fitness. I love it here!
