I have tried many things from regular gym, fitness mobile apps to personal trainers but nothing worked for years until I found iLoveKickboxing Federal Way (#ilkbfw). I have never thought working out could be so much fun, and addictive.
What I love the most about this Federal Way location is the friendliness and motivation from the staffs and even the owners. They are also very creative in making the environment always fun. The studio is always clean. The members are very supportive and encourage you!
