I bought a Groupon and didn’t use it because I was nervous about going in. I wished I had used it right away. I love coming to ILKB. It’s an extremely fun workout, the members are the best! I have met some of the best people at ILKB! The instructors are amazing! They encourage, motivate and support you! Jim and Debbie really have created a place where it’s your #besthour of the day! You will leave smiling after ever workout!
