The location in lynwood WA is incredible! I was always afraid to join a gym because I had no idea where to start. The instructors encourage you to go at your own pace and push yourself to be better than you were yesterday! The members are motivation on and off the mat! Truly an amazing group of people! Love my new fitfam❤
