Kickboxing is SO MUCH FUN!! I was intimidated at first but once you go, you don't want to stop. Every coach at ILKB-Poway is awesome. They are so motivating and really make it such a good environment to be in. What more can you ask for? A full body workout that's fun with amazing people. TRY IT!!
