I go to the Everett, WA location. This is a great workout and a great atmosphere! The instructors are really energetic and helpful and make you want to push yourself to the next level, and the members are awesome and friendly. If you're the kind of person who is intimidated by fitness classes or kickboxing in general, this is the place you want to come because everyone is so amazing and encouraging and you'll get the best workout of your life! You'll love it!
