ILokeKickboxing Federal Way is such a special place. The members are all so fun and supportive, as are the staff. This is not just a gym, this is a community, a family. I was nervous at first but the instructors worked one on one with me through my whole first class. Even now they are willing to spend time to make sure you know what to do. I love this workout. It kicks my butt and is making me badass. Do not hesitate to come check out ILovekickboxing Federal Way. You won't be sorry!
