The best "happy hour" all week. I love the results I am getting all over, and talk about stress relief. The Everett location is my favorite (I have been to a few) and the instructors are always friendly and helpful, even if you think they are trying to torture you. Started off with the class package, but had to become a member with unlimited classes a month
