ILKB is so awesome! a perfect challenge for all fitness levels. The staff at the Kent WA location is well trained and so helpful. After a few classes I could feel how much my form had improved and how stronger my body had gotten. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to have a fun and intense workout!
