ILKB is a place that everyone can go work out and be completely comfortable while doing it. The instructors are AWESOME!! They will help you with anything whenever you need help. I wasn’t so sure about joining but once I got there and did my first class I knew it was for me. If your looking for a fun and great workout then ilovekickboxing is the place to be!!
