I've been trying to find a workout that bests suits me and I'm so glad I found ILKB! Not only are the staff super friendly but they motivate you and push you in a positive way. I appreciate their approach since they don't make me feel like I don't know what I'm doing or look down on me when I have those "days". Also, their communication skills and structure of their classes are amazing! There are numerous communication outlets and they respond in a quick manner. The studio itself is clean and well organized. ILKB, please continue what you're doing :)
