I love my Federal Way, WA studio! The classes are challenging but go at your pace, push where you can and know after 60 minutes you you did NOT waste your time. Everyone is so nice and supportive and it is GENUINE. Knowledgeable staff with helpful tips on whatever you need. You get to know people really quickly here. Lots of high-5's. They have fun theme nights, challenges you can join if you want and the music is so good, totally keeps you moving! I am 50 so if I can do it, you can do it!
