From the moment I walked in to the Whitehall, PA location (with my fluffiness in full regale), I was made to feel comfortable, confident, and encouraged. After the first class where I was sure I would drop from exhaustion, I was hooked! Immediately signed up for a membership and go every day (unless those pesky trips pop up) and absolutely love it!
Don’t walk, run to this fantastic gym and have your butt handed to you by any of the amazing trainers: Katie, Gio, Lo, or Tammy. You’ll thank yourself, I promise.
