These classes are amazing! My main goal when joining was to lose some extra weight. I eat a clean diet and work out every day- but I had hit a plateau and was stuck! By taking just a couple of classes every week, I have lost 7 pounds in my first 3 weeks! The instructors are super friendly, and take the time to help you one on one! The classes are challenging, but so fun and rewarding!
