I can’t express how much I love ILKBDeWitt. I had been searching for something to take my workouts to the next level and with ILKB I found just that AND MORE! The workouts are intense and energetic. However, the staff is what really makes this place amazing. Everyone is so inviting, they help me stay motivated and keep me coming back for more. ILKB is worth every penny!
