iLoveKickboxing.com is probably the best place I've ever been as far as exercising and getting a workout. The instructors there are kind and encouraging and help you go at your pace, but encourage you to push harder. The workout are hard, but fun and I feel a sense of comradery every time I go. I'm only 3 classes in, but I look forward to going every time I make an appt. the App is fun and helpful and I have meet some of the most fun and helpful people at class. They truly only want to see you succeed. As long as I'm able, I will continue to go!
