ILoveKickBoxing in Whitehall, PA is amazing! I look forward to going to class each and every week. The staff really takes the time to get to know every member and pushes you to work harder and grow stronger each and every class. It has only been a few months and I've already seen great results and overall just feel better about myself and I have more energy. I never thought I would find a workout plan that I would be able to stick to with my crazy work schedule. But if you plan accordingly, you can do it! I would highly recommend ILoveKickBoxing to anyone who wants to push themselves to be the best self they can be in this amazing group that is like family!
