Ilovekickboxing in Whitehall, PA is amazing and If you are looking for a class that offers full body workouts and makes you sweat and work hard every class, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment then you need to go here. The staff are always nice and willing to answer any questions you may have and don't hold back with any of their workouts. I love that every class is different and they always keep their workouts fresh to make sure you are working your muscles correctly.
