Great high workout and fantastic instructors at the Linthicum, Maryland location. The cost is reasonable and they have classes every day of the week with classes in the morning and the evening. This is a very encouraging atmosphere and it doesn't matter what size or shape you're in you won't feel like you shouldn't be there. They can help you with your nutrition as well as the workouts. I highly recommend!
