ILKB - Kent, WA - is giving me my life back! I gave up for awhile on exercise because I hated going to the gym, but ILKB has brought me back - the staff is amazing and supportive, the workout is incredible and it makes me feel positive and motivated - the exact opposite I felt at the gym - I can do this now with ILKB help - thank you awesome staff!
