I LOVE ILoveKickBoxing - Whitehall! I have never been a gym person b/c I honestly have no idea what i'm doing haha! In class, the instructors motivate you to keep pushing and provide modifications for any exercise. After only a couple months I upgraded my plan to unlimited b/c I can't get enough of this great class! I highly recommend ILoveKickBoxing to anyone who wants to push themselves to be the best self they can be in this amazing group that is like family!
